Head of Finance & Operations

At Accounting Links, we’re building an accounts payable automation platform specifically for agencies—designed to streamline contractor payments, automate invoice flows, and bring financial clarity to creative service businesses. As our Head of Finance & Operations, you'll work side-by-side with the founding team to evolve this platform from an ambitious idea into an indispensable tool for thousands of agencies.

You’ll own the financial systems, operational playbooks, and internal tooling that support our clients' most critical workflows—helping us scale both our platform and our business.

• Build and manage financial operations including forecasting, budgeting, and AP/AR systems.
• Partner with the product team to shape features that solve real financial pain points for agencies.
• Set up scalable processes across finance, compliance, customer onboarding, and support.
• Oversee supplier payment infrastructure and reconciliation logic across platforms like Wise and Revolut.
• Implement internal dashboards and reports to track key metrics: cash flow, invoice cycles, burn, and runway.
• Create and refine operational SOPs to ensure consistency as we grow our customer base.
• Support financial due diligence and investor reporting as needed.
