We’re hiring a Head of Sales to lead growth across our core market: agencies.
Accounting Links is reimagining how agencies manage accounts payable—by automating contractor payments, streamlining invoice approvals, and removing back-office friction. Our software is designed specifically for creative and service-based businesses, and we’re scaling fast.

As Head of Sales, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy, lead deal cycles from first touch to close, and help shape our commercial model. You’ll partner closely with product and marketing to ensure we’re building and selling exactly what agencies need—and that we’re doing it at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales funnel—from outbound prospecting to closing multi-seat accounts.
  • Define and refine our agency-focused go-to-market playbook.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across creative, digital, and brand agencies.
  • Run demos, shape proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the founders to shape pricing, packaging, and onboarding.
  • Set up repeatable systems: CRM hygiene, sales ops, and performance tracking.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence roadmap and product messaging.
  • Required Technical & Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in early-stage companies or fintech.
  • Deep understanding of the agency business model—project-based revenue, contractor networks, tight margins.
  • Strong track record of hitting quota, closing complex deals, and managing long-tail pipelines.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce and outbound tools like Apollo or Clay.
  • Excellent communication and demo skills—you can pitch with clarity and credibility.
  • It’s Helpful If You Also Have

  • Rolodex of agency contacts and a pulse on the creative services ecosystem.
  • Experience selling fintech, payroll, or workflow automation tools.
  • A builder’s mindset: comfort setting up systems, processes, and collateral from scratch.
  • Strategic perspective—you can contribute beyond sales to company-wide growth planning.
