We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to help scale Accounting Links—the accounts payable automation platform purpose-built for agencies. You’ll shape our brand, campaigns, and content to capture the attention of creative businesses drowning in back-office admin. Your goal? Make Accounting Links the go-to finance ops tool for every agency founder.

You’ll develop and execute smart, strategic marketing efforts that resonate with design studios, creative shops, digital agencies, and everyone in between.

Responsibilities

  • Own our brand voice and positioning within the agency ecosystem.
  • Create and run targeted, high-ROI campaigns to drive inbound interest.
  • Develop demand gen playbooks for niche verticals (e.g. branding studios, web agencies).
  • Write compelling content: case studies, email flows, landing pages, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Manage marketing ops and budgets across performance and organic channels.
  • Work closely with sales to generate and qualify pipeline.
  • Track results and double down on what works—no fluff, just results.
  • Required Technical & Professional Expertise

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or fintech, ideally with exposure to the agency model.
  • Ability to position a product to a niche audience and speak their language.
  • Strong grasp of digital tools: analytics, content systems, campaign platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Webflow, etc).
  • Confidence working independently and moving quickly in a startup environment.
  • It’s Helpful If You Also Have

  • Experience with SEO, email nurturing, and founder-led LinkedIn content.
  • Familiarity with agency challenges: project-based work, contractor payments, cash flow gaps.
  • Strong writing skills and an eye for brand design are a big plus.
