Accounting Links is a web-based accounts payable automation tool that helps businesses:
- Send and receive invoices
- Generate draft payments
- Track supplier onboarding and payment status
- Reduce fraud risk via secure submission workflows
Note: Accounting Links does not process or transfer funds. All payments are created as drafts in your connected banking environment.
2. Eligibility
To use Accounting Links, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have authority to bind the business or organisation you represent
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
3. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that compromise platform integrity or violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful scripts
- Interfere with the platform’s security, availability, or performance
- Scrape or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the platform
- Misrepresent your identity or the identity of your business
5. Third-Party Integrations
You may connect your Accounting Links account with services like Xero, QuickBooks, Revolut, or Wise. When doing so:
- You authorise us to access relevant data for functionality (e.g. invoices, supplier info)
- You remain bound by the third-party’s own terms and privacy policies
- We are not liable for failures or breaches caused by those third-party systems
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the platform (code, designs, trademarks, etc.) remains the sole property of Accounting Technologies Limited. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform or any part of its design or underlying software without our written consent.
7. Payment & Subscription
Access to the platform may be subject to a subscription fee, charged monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan.
- Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We process data:
- For the performance of our services
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g. AML compliance)
- With your consent where applicable (e.g. non-essential cookies)
You retain ownership of your data and may request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:
- You breach these Terms
- You use the platform in a way that causes harm to us or others
- We are required by law or regulatory authorities
Upon termination:

We disclaim liability for loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the platform, except where required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
